Meet Chris Costello

Hello, and welcome to my bio! Let’s get the basics out of the way - I have lived in London for 25 years, went to Western, bought and sold several small businesses, lost some money in crypto and made some money in real estate. I’ve been with my partner Chris (yup, we did that) for 20 years and if we’re not travelling, we’re at the theatre….or eating.

I’m looking for clients that are ready to expand their real estate investments. Let’s talk shop about rental properties (I specialize in student rentals), multi-unit buildings or recreational properties. I’ve owned all of these and have a ton of experience to share.

I’m also going to need clients that have a great sense of humour, appreciate sarcasm and generally want to make the best of life. Buying property isn’t always easy, so getting along and being able to share a joke might make all the difference.

Aside from work, I spend time hunting for the best burgers in London (send me your reco’s), bingeing full series (then denying it) and hitting up the Grand and Mirvish theatres. Don’t get me started on learning TikTok dances and the other rabbit holes I fall down.

Grew up in Fort Erie, ON where riding bikes to friends’ houses, travelling for hockey and being active in high school pretty much filled my time.

I’m a pretty outstanding Monopoly player (and I always own St. James, Tennessee and New York Ave)…none of my family will play this with me anymore.

As a teenager, I was always buying the DuPont Registry of Fine Homes, Florida Luxury Homes and Robb Report magazines to dream and fantasize about real estate. I bought my first property in 2005 and flipped it, then bought my first rental in 2010. Since then, I’ve bought and sold several flips, rentals, cottages and other investment type properties- I frankly just love being able to talk about real estate strategy and ownership. Real estate is pretty addicting and a borderline obsession.

Any chance I get, I spend time at our cottage on Lake Huron- it’s one of my favourite places to visit. Being able to slow down, watch the water and see the unbelievable sunsets has become a pretty good way to recharge.

I’ve had the chance to travel quite a bit, but next up on my list is a safari, skiing in Japan, hiking in the alps and hopefully visiting some of the more remote islands like the Galapagos, Canary Islands and Fiji.

At 13 every gay boy is assigned a pop princess to idolize by the universe. Our sole purpose from then on is fiercely defending and supporting this woman until we die. I was assigned Britney Spears
