Quick Facts

I taught customer service skills at Ontario Hydro, and one of my favorite stories to share is the Disney employee analogy. It goes something like this: There's an employee stationed at a kiosk who's asked numerous times a day where the washrooms are. Despite getting frustrated as people keep asking the same question, the employee must remember that for each person asking, it's their first time. This story serves as a reminder that even though you may hear the same question countless times, it's always a new experience for the person asking. I always tell new agents to keep this in mind in real estate, too!
As a member of the social committee at LSRC, my favorite event is the Children's Christmas Party. Witnessing the pure joy on kids' faces when Santa makes his grand entrance always brings tears to my eyes. And let's not forget about the adult Christmas Party, where we indulge in a traditional Wassail Bowl. My passion for Christmas earned me the endearing nickname "Crazy Christmas Tree Lady"—I love decking out trees in unique and festive ways.
Golf is my ultimate pastime, and I'm always up for a round. But lately, I've been getting into Pickleball—it's a fun and energetic sport that I can't seem to get enough of. And I'm even considering re-visiting hot yoga for its rejuvenating benefits.
My favorite places are the sunroom at my cottage in Grand Bend and my condo in Innisbrook, Florida. I'm definitely a water girl—I find the beach very soothing, and I love feeling the sun on my face (with sunscreen, of course).
