Meet Nick Jaremko

Nick is a dynamic entrepreneur with a diverse background in both academia and hands-on experience in real estate and business. Graduating from Huron University College with a degree in Political Science, Nick further honed his skills at Ivey Business School, where he obtained his HBA (Honours Bachelor of Business Administration) degree.

Nick's journey into real estate began early, having purchased his first rental property shortly after turning 18. Growing up watching his father flip homes, Nick developed a keen interest and expertise in property renovation and finance. He utilized a combination of practical experience gained from assisting his father and self-directed learning through resources like YouTube videos to expand his knowledge base.

Over the years, Nick has successfully purchased and renovated multiple rental properties, amassing a portfolio of nine units. His hands-on experience managing over 30 tenants has equipped him with invaluable insights into property management and tenant relations.

In addition to his ventures in real estate, Nick's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish and grow a landscaping company in London, boasting hundreds of regular clients. After building a thriving business, he strategically sold it in 2022 to focus his efforts on real estate.

Nick's professional journey also includes a valuable internship experience with Triovest, a prominent national commercial real estate and investment management company. During his tenure, he gained comprehensive exposure to various facets of asset and property management, working closely with teams specializing in leasing, development, construction, asset management, and property management across commercial, industrial, and retail properties.

Quick Facts

I am currently involved in the start-up of a local real estate networking group where investors in business and real estate can both meet one another and share ideas. I am helping the founder grow his business by assisting with his marketing, communications, and coordination of events.

I am in my second term as an executive board member for the London South Collegiate Institute Alumni Association.

I joined this association after graduating from South with the goal of keeping past and current South Students involved with the school and local community in as many ways as possible. South has a fantastic community supporting the school and I enjoy getting people involved with it.

My whole life I have been involved with the Salvation Army in an assortment of ways ranging from volunteer work with the community, to playing the Trombone in my church band. For generations my family has tried to help the Salvation Army in their goal of helping others, and we all love to get involved wherever possible.

In my free time I love to stay active by playing squash with my friends at the London Squash Club, going on runs downtown, playing in the yard with my dog Penny, or going on hikes up the Rocky Mountains in Canmore and Banff.

I am excited to say that I have started working with the A Team London as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst now that I have wrapped up my studies at Ivey. The A Team is a local real estate brokerage with agents specializing in every aspect of real estate working together as a team to get their clients the best outcome, no matter the deal. During the next couple of months while I work towards obtaining my real estate license the A Team will be helping me solidify my understanding of all things real estate to ensure I hit the ground running.
