Meet Nicole Spriet

Real Estate Agent

Nicole is a proud Londoner and is very familiar with the many beautiful aspects of this city- both the well-known and hidden gems!

Nicole’s strengths as a Realtor lie in her extensive network, commitment to fostering authentic relationships, exceptional customer service and her passion for community. She is able to leverage these strengths when working with clients to create a bespoke selling experience or help them find that incredible place to call home.

Before becoming a Realtor, Nicole obtained an Honours Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from York University, and a Graduate Diploma in Teaching from the University of Auckland. She taught in the private school system before entering the nonprofit world to explore other passions through fundraising, events, community relations and philanthropy. She continued her love of teaching as an instructor in the Not-for-Profit Management Program at Western Continuing Studies.

Moving abroad multiple times during her early career to live and study in England, Ireland and New Zealand, she left pieces of her heart across the world but always returned home to the city she loves. The desire to combine a love of travel with a background in education and nonprofit led Nicole to the creation of a socially conscious travel agency. Launched in 2019, The Curated Suitcase was created to help clients explore the world while fostering a deeper connection and curiosity to the world around them.

Nicole has long been an active community member, volunteering with many local organizations and serving terms on multiple boards and committees. In 2019, Nicole received the Top Twenty Under 40 Award from London Inc. Magazine.

When not immersed in real estate, in the community at a charity event or taking in live theatre, you’ll find her relishing family time with her husband, son and fur-babies, enjoying a laugh with friends over a bottle of wine or curled up with a good book, a cup of tea and always daydreaming about where to travel next.

Quick Facts

Travel is vital to our growth on an individual and collective level. It allows us to experience other ways of doing and thinking- I love seeing how other communities have been built, exploring architecture, history, and enjoying local cuisine and cultural experiences.
I value being an active participant in my community and strive to foster this passion in my family, as it was passed on to me. Being a connector and offering time and support to local organizations and initiatives has fueled me, and I encourage everyone to engage with their communities in a way they feel is meaningful.
After a year in New Zealand, I became a Sauvignon Blanc convert. Ever since it’s been my go-to wine and I love exploring the Vintages section for new ones to try.
The arts are part of my DNA and I love taking in live theatre, dance and music or strolling through a gallery or museum. Bonus points if it’s an open-air or immersive experience.
Cafe’s, markets, and bookstores are happy places for me. Whether with family, catching up with friends or enjoying my own company, I find joy in grabbing an Americano or London Fog, picking up bouquet of flowers, a loaf of fresh bread, thumbing through the spines of new or old books, and chatting with local business owners as I browse.
