From the tranquil surroundings of Pond Mills to the bustling streets of Argyle and the eclectic atmosphere of Old East Village, East London provides residents with a dynamic and engaging lifestyle.

Pond Mills is in the southeast corner of the city with great access to both the natural wonder of Westminster Ponds and the 401 Highway. Its main intersection is Pond Mills Road and Commissioners Road East, the neighbourhoods close promiximty to the 401 Highway and many main streets, easily connects drivers and residents to the rest of the city. Pond Mills is relatively far from the city centre but close to some main shopping and dining. Because of this, residents enjoy their privacy but benefit from essential amenities just a short drive away.

Trafalgar Heights is a small neighbourhood within the Argyle area in the east end of London.

Trafalgar Heights boasts a vibrant community with diverse residents, offering a blend of urban amenities, green spaces, and a strong sense of belonging.

Argyle is a busy community in east London encompasses many sub communities including Fairmont, Nelson Park and Trafalgar Heights.

Old East Village (OEV) is an eclectic neighbourhood unlike any other in London. Originally incorporated in 1874 as London East, the area has deep industry and railroad roots.

Situated in the northeastern part of London, Fanshawe is bordered by the Thames River to the south and the vast expanse of Fanshawe Lake to the north. Its proximity to these natural features provides residents with opportunities for outdoor recreation and scenic views. The neighbourhood is easily accessible via major roads such as Fanshawe Park Road and Highbury Avenue, connecting it to other parts of the city and beyond.

Glen Cairn Woods offers a tranquil suburban retreat amidst bustling urban life. Surrounded by lush greenery, this welcoming neighbourhood boasts a harmonious blend of residential charm and natural beauty. Residents enjoy serene walks along tree-lined streets, picturesque parks, and proximity to amenities. With its diverse community, excellent schools, and convenient access to shopping and dining, Glen Cairn Woods epitomizes the ideal balance between suburban comfort and urban convenience.

Carling Heights is an eclectic neighbourhood, best known for the large Canadian Forces Base located on the southern edge of the neighbourhood, which is home to the Royal Canadian Regiment Museum.

Similarly, Trafalgar Heights offers a blend of housing styles, from single detached homes and duplexes constructed from the 1970s to the early 2000s, to townhouse complexes and small apartment buildings.

In Argyle, the housing landscape reflects the neighbourhood's history, with many homes dating back to the 1950s. Bungalows are a popular choice, but you'll also find single-family detached houses, townhouses, and three-story apartments.

Old East Village boasts a mix of late 19th and early 20th-century single detached homes, alongside newer apartment buildings. This neighbourhood is characterized by its strong 'front-porch' culture, fostering a sense of community among residents.

Fanshawe Ridge offers mainly single detached homes ranging from two to five bedrooms. With the area undergoing expansion, buyers have the opportunity to work with developers to customize their homes to their preferences, from wall colors to kitchen designs.

Additionally, Pond Mills is home to two beautiful ponds within the Westminster Ponds/Pond Mills Environmentally Significant Area, surrounded by trails that allow residents to connect with nature and observe distinct wildlife and plant species.

In Trafalgar Heights, residents enjoy several small neighbourhood parks, including Grampian Woods with its play structure and basketball court, Forest View Park with trails through the woods, and Talltree Park and Trafalgar Woods featuring natural woodlots. The Marconi Club offers a private soccer field for sports enthusiasts.

Argyle boasts a large commercial and industrial presence, with shopping and entertainment easily accessible via public transportation. Parks like East Lions Park and Kiwanis Park offer a range of amenities, from sports fields to skate parks and indoor facilities like the Community Centre with an indoor pool, gym, and playgrounds. Argyle Arena, home to the London East Old Timers Hockey League, offers two ice pads for hockey enthusiasts.

The area's major park, Glen Cairn Park, features walking trails and a swimming pool, while Naiomi Almeida Park offers a skateboard park, soccer field, playground, and more.

Carling Heights features two main commercial zones on Oxford at Gammage and on Adelaide from Cheapside to Huron. The neighbourhood is home to the Carling Heights Optimist Community Centre, McMahen Park with its skate park and other amenities, and Carling Arena and Park offering various sports facilities and a play structure.
