Osman was very professional and responsive and his sales support and communications made us feel he truly had our best interests at heart . He was open to trying different ideas that we suggested and brought together the other resources and A Team members to consult with us as requested and needed. The home we were selling was a unique property that needed creative marketing efforts to identify potential prospects and then get them through the real door (not the virtual one). Buying and selling real estate is a very different game today than when I bought our last home over 25 years ago. Having a team that can present your property attractively on various internet and social media sites is important and so are old fashioned sales techniques depending on the buyer. My experience with the A Team exceeded my expectations. They provide an exceptional service. When my house was listed on the market , with all the rain we had at the time during a viewing the agent notice a small leak in the basement and contacted the A-Team regarding the A-Team Protection warranty plan and it was confirmed that would be covered. The client came back to view the house again and put an offer and bought the house as he felt confident and had no worries regarding this issue. If it was not for The A-Team Protection warranty plan things could have been different. I highly recommend to anyone that is looking at real estate whether buying or selling to contact the A-Team as they will get the best service. I got not one but all the agents working for me. We have used the A Team for 3 real estate transactions over the past two years – purchase of land, the sale of our house and the sale of our condo. When you hire the A Team, you actually hire ‘a team’ and not an individual agent. They aren’t competing with each other, they are supporting each other with the best interest of the client front and centre. When we sold our condo, we dealt with the ‘condo A Team’. They know the London condo market really well. When we sold our house, we dealt with a totally different A Team, one that knew the London ‘house’ market. In both cases we dealt with confident agents who under promised and over delivered. In both cases we felt that they were working for us, and that we were not simply another transaction for them.
